I'm an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, based in Honor Oak, South East London.

I'm here to help with everything from preparing for breastfeeding your baby before they arrive, getting off to a good start, troubleshooting, starting solids, and returning to work, to supporting you in finding a beautiful end to your breastfeeding journey.

I can help answer all your questions: Is my baby getting enough milk? Does my baby have reflux? Is it tongue-tie? Is it cow's milk allergy? How can I get a good latch? How do I start expressing?

I'm a lactation consultant, living in Honor Oak in south east London. I have been supporting families to breastfeed their babies since 2013.

I'm passionate about providing individualised breastfeeding support. I'm here to help you work out what's important to you and provide the information and support you need to be empowered to meet your personal breastfeeding goals.

Initial Breastfeeding Consultation

I will come to your home to meet you and your baby. I will take a history, identify your breastfeeding goals and perform a full feeding assessment, before working to support you in finding solutions to any problems.

Remote Breastfeeding Support

Including a pre-consultation history, I can provide breastfeeding support by telephone or video calling, whether you are local to South London, or anywhere else, without having to worry about COVID restrictions or safety.
