Payment is due at the time of booking, your appointment is not secured until payment is received.

Parking over £10 is chargeable.

Cancellation
In the event that you wish to cancel our consultation, the following apply:

48+ hours notice 80% refund

24-48 hours notice 50% refund
-
Less than 24 hours, no refund
If I have to cancel our session, I offer a full refund, and endeavour to connect you with another IBCLC with availability.
