Introducing complementary foods, weaning, whatever you call it: moving on from just milk is a daunting step.
When, how and what to feed your baby can feel scary.

In this session I'll take you  through traditional purees, bably led approaches and everything in between, to help you find a strategy that works for your family.

Whatever age your baby is when you re-enter the world of work, these sessions will help you navigate how it works.

We will explore the options for feeding your baby when you are apart, discuss what you can expect from your employers, and work through the complex emotions that can go along with being apart from your baby.

This is an online small group session for anyone with a baby who is in the move.

​

Breastfeeding your moving, chatting, opinionated baby is a very different thing to feeding a newborn.
In this session, we will talk about what to expect at this stage - there will be acrobatics, maybe tantrums, and all sorts of new behaviours. We will talk about nursing manners, nights, boundaries and choices.

At the end of the session you should feel empowered to have a breastfeeding relationship that works for both of you, and ready to thrive in this new stage

This is an online small group session for anyone who is ready to reduce and stop breast feeding their baby from six months onwards.

We will cover all you need to know to make a plan that works for you, from the physical and logistical to the emotional and psychological.
